Every new chat that I now open were I need some advice, "honest" opinion, strategy etc. I start the chat by saying:
In this chat I don't want you to please me or tell me what you think I want to hear. Tell me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear.
Since doing this it has been challenging me way more, as an example it tells me now in my gym log that I should focus on some muscles I'm neglecting instead of only praising me for how amazing my workout has been.
